SpaceClean Pro-Storage Cleaner — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SpaceClean Pro-Storage Cleaner mobile application (the “App”) and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
The App is provided by Guangzhou Zhuoniu Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.
The App provides tools including:
● Photo Cleanup (e.g., all photos, screenshots, duplicates, similar items, blurry photos, location-based groups)
● Video Cleanup (e.g., large videos, duplicates, similar items, screen recordings)
● Compression for photos and videos (quality selection and estimated savings)
Features may vary by device, iOS version, media format, and user permissions.
Your photos, videos, and other media remain yours. You are responsible for the content you choose to review, compress, or delete.
Compression: Compressed results may vary based on file type, device capability, and chosen settings. Compression may reduce file size and may also affect quality. Where available, the App lets you choose whether to keep the original or keep only the compressed version.
Deletion: Any removal actions are user-initiated. Depending on iOS behavior, deleted items may be moved to the Photos app’s Recently Deleted album (when available). We do not guarantee that any item can be recovered once deleted, and you are responsible for confirming selections before removal.
To use certain features, you may need to grant permissions, such as:
● Photos Access: to scan, organize, compress, and clean media (including reading embedded location metadata when present)
You can manage permissions in iOS Settings. If you deny permissions, some features may not work.
You agree not to:
● Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the App
● Modify, copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
● Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
● Attempt to bypass or interfere with security, restrictions, or technical protections
● Use automated scripts or abusive behavior that disrupts the App or Services
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, device limitations, network issues, or other factors.
The App and Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that it will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, loss of media, or loss of use, arising from your use of the App, including deletions or compression results.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at lishiwan@zhuonew.work to attempt to resolve it informally before pursuing formal action.
